Laneige, the first and original BB Cushion developer in the industry takes the lead in the market in achieving the perfect dewy and healthy skin especially for women. This Korean makeup line is on the limelight as Korean’s skincare regime became popular globally.
Today due to the popularity of this trend, many other foreign makeup brands cultivate their own version of the BB cushion. But, we can only get the best from the pioneer cosmetic manufacturer.
I bought my own Laneige BB Cushion SPF50+ PA+++ in Laneige Trinoma store. I opted for Laneige BB Cushion #13 True Beige since this is the lightest shade for those with yellow undertones like me.
This famous BB cushion claims 6 multi benefits with only 1 touch:

Not only that, it has an amazing puff like no other. It is a tailor-made puff, an Antibacterial air cell sponge (double puff structure) that lets the formula glides onto skin evenly without clots and cools the skin to absorb the moisture. Thus giving the skin a smooth and natural finish.
As for the packaging, it comes in a box where it consists of the compact, cushion refill and a note for application instructions written in English, Korean and Chinese. The compact is a bit bulky than your usual makeup since it has 2 sections; one for the puff and the other for the lid cover of the BB cushion.
As for my review, Laneige BB cushion SPF 50+, PA+++ in #13 True Beige suits my skin very well. The shade matches my complexion. I love how it gives my skin a cooling sensation upon application of the formula. The puff indeed helps to glide and absorb the moisture into my skin. The coverage is sheer to medium depending on the amount of formula you would apply to your skin. The usual stamping application technique is more effective for me since I can feel the formula has been directly absorbed in my skin. Since I have an oily skin, it is expected that even though the product has long-lasting effect, there would be a different reaction and effect to me. So just like any other foundation I use, I still have to reapply for this BB cushion.
Laneige BB Cushion retails at P1,950 in the Philippine stores. But I got mine for P1,560 since the Trinoma store had 20% off Sale for the product the moment I bought it.
Definitely, I would repurchase this product but I hope they would come to a more reasonable price since this is a bit expensive in the Philippine market; so this product would be more affordable to makeup junkies.
Overall, I rate Laneige BB cushion as 4.5 out of 5.
